Alexa is a performance artist trained in modern dance with a critical studies background from U.C. Berkeley. For her MA, Alexa attended Syracuse University where she created embodiment workshops for self reflection informed by a residency with Dance Exchange. As she began to integrate visual art into her performance work, she has since been a part of various exhibitions, performances, and residencies, working in cities such as San Francisco, Los Angeles, Berlin, and Rio De Janeiro.
